Tranter and Associates, a member of Creative Planning Financial Group, provides a number of financial planning services. The legacy Tranter and Associates website was built on a proprietary CMS with ASP. Managing content was a pain, and took too much time.
The Tranter team was already impressed with the effectiveness of WordPress on their Cottage Succession website, so the decision to move their main site over was a no-brainer.
The goal of the migration to WordPress was purely for content control, so the design of the website was preserved as a WordPress custom theme.
