The northern regions of Canada are out of sight and out of mind for the majority of Canadians. In the long term, I think the only solution is for us to push further north – away from the 401 highway and away from the American border.

I understand the decision to pull out of the Kyoto Protocol. The strength of our economy depends largely on industries that are the worst offenders for pollution. But Environment Minister Peter Kent’s comment to MP Megan Leslie was a slap in the face. The crap pulled by Kent would have been overlooked if it wasn’t for Trudeau’s outburst.
